Judge Luciana Sangiovanni in a press release says that the countries of origin of the detained persons cannot be recognized as safe countries, so they have the right to be sent to Italy. The migrants are expected to board a ship again today to return to Italy, at the port where the Italian government decides to disembark them. They will then have 14 days to appeal against the rejection of their asylum application.

“La Repubblica” writes that the first trip of the ship Libra lasted two days and cost about 20 thousand euros, turned out to be a complete failure. Out of 85 rescued at sea, only 16 were sent to Albania. Two minors were turned back as soon as they arrived at the port of Shengjin. Vulnerability monitoring subsequently excluded two more.
