Journalist Lavdrim Lita has emphasized that the PD’s proposal for the two amendments will be a help for SPAK, because the prosecutors of this institution are very busy.
Lita, in a direct link to Euronews Albania, emphasized that Sali Berisha and several deputies next to him are against the reform in justice.
He also added that Ilir Meta is against SPAK, while the government, according to him, is secretly fighting it.
“DP has expressed a good will to propose two amendments that help and support SPAK. It is about the fact that a sector for legal support should be created. Each SPAK prosecutor has 50 files each. We need some assistants and advisors to draft the documentation, to prepare the entire process from a documentary point of view, of course under the supervision of the prosecutors and the BKH. It is a support given to their work. After the end of 9 years, each SPAK prosecutor will have a minimum guarantee to have a professional and financial standard with the experience he had before.
From a political point of view, PD is positioning itself as a political formation in favor of the Reform in Justice, removing a stain that was put on it by Rama and the internationals. DP has not been against the Justice Reform. Sali Berisha has been against the Reform and some politicians who are on Berisha’s side. We have Meta attacking Rama’s ally, who attacks SPAK in a personalized way. We also have the government that secretly fights it, because it does not create the right infrastructure to support it,” he said.
