Baton Haxhiu analyzed the couple Ilir Meta – Monika Kryemadhi.
Invited to Opiniob, Haxhiu said that he is against the treatment Meta is doing to Kryemadhi publicly.
“I had two moments with the friendship of the Meta family and I do not deny that I had many friends. I was very much against Monika entering politics when Ilir Meta imposed it on her. He imposed it on her as a part of her, as a second person, etc. I am very against what Ilir Meta is doing today.
I am very against it because treating Monika in this way, what Ilir Meta is doing to her, I told her at the table, I am telling her publicly, it is completely wrong.
In this case I am with Monika. I don’t believe that Monika is an exceptional politician, but I am saying what I have to. It should not come to this point that Iliri treats his family the way he does in public”, said Haxhiu.
According to him, Meta is in the last throes of his political life.
He said that he does not accept the language that the former president has with Kryemadhi, stating that things can be resolved privately at home.
According to Haxhiu, Meta took the side of SPAK because he publicly declared about Kryemadhi and others that “they are old enough and I am not here to forgive or defend the mistakes of others”.
“You don’t talk about a woman like that. I am conservative on this point. I don’t like Monika politically, but in this case I am with Monika”, added Haxhiu.
