Olsi Rama appeared at the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) where he was questioned about the Xibraka file, a report made by the head of the Gazment Bardhi Parliamentary Group, who claims that the prime minister’s brother was involved in illegal activity.
“I came to get an answer to that report about Mr. Bardhi, nothing else,” he said.
We remind you that Gazment Bardhi has stated and requested an investigation by SPAK, regarding a possible involvement of the prime minister’s brother in the trip that several people accused of the “Xibraka” case. After his report, it was Olsi Rama who filed a report against Gazment Bardhi.
After leaving SPAK, Rama said that he had no connection and that he had taken the vehicle to go to Thessaloniki.
“I have no connection whatsoever. You know very well whose vehicle it is, I took the vehicle from a person at that time to make a two-day trip to Thessaloniki. I have no relation to the people you mention, I only know one person”, he said.
“Whenever there is a need”, said Rama when he was asked if he will appear if he will be called to the Special Prosecutor’s Office again, while adding that “I filed the report because I called it a manipulation of all the facts and a lie very large”.
