Diversione has considered Agron Gjekmarkaj, the hypotheses for a new leader of the DP, in the conditions when Sali Berisha is under house arrest.
In the “Opinion” column on News24, Gjekmarkaj said that such debates are premature and unnecessary, as long as the DP has a legitimate leader who is accepted by everyone and he is Sali Berisha.
Gjekmarkaj emphasized the project that the DP should present, stressing that it will bring the change that Albanians are eagerly waiting for.
He expressed that he is concerned about every statement that comes from the United States, they are following the positions held for 3 years in relation to the “non grata” persons, but the USA has not stopped communication with DP officials, they have not prevented the union and I believe that time will heal even those misunderstandings or problems that have been created.
