The State Police has announced the measures taken for the success of the protest on Tuesday (February 20) called by the opposition and which is expected to take place at 17:30.
1,100 police officers will be engaged for the protest, starting from those of the order, FNSH, the Eagles and the Guard of the Republic, while RENEA will be on standby. There will also be water tankers, while a cordon of police officers has been announced in front of the prime minister’s office and the perimeter around it.
The doors of the Prime Minister’s Office will be armored with metal cladding, while high-resolution cameras have been installed along the entire boulevard ‘Dëshmorët e Kombit’.
Two hours before the start of the protest and until its end, the road segments that will be blocked are: “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard, “Nënë Tereza” square, “Ismail Qemali” street, from the intersection of Elbasan street with “Ibrahim” street Rugova”, “Pope John Paul II” street, “Zhan D’Ark” boulevard and “Bajram Curri” boulevard, from the intersection of Elbasan Street with “Ibrahim Rugova” street.
