“Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Sarandë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen E. M., 37 years old, a resident of Saranda, after her 15-year-old daughter reported that this citizen encouraged her to have sexual relations with several citizens, to get money”, the police explained.
