The state-making power of a people is not measured only by the signatories of the declaration of independence, but above all by what it knows how to build a state of law, that is, an institutional state where the law will apply equally to the powerful and the rich as well as to the vulnerable and the poor.

Assessed from this point of view, Albania was not strong enough even at the time of the Labor Party when it existed almost only so that Enver had a place to imprison his people as well as where to kill and rape wherever he wanted. That too, not only because there was no law on his will, but why the elites of Albania – just like today during Piktori’s regime – kept their heads in their butts and pretended not to listen to the plight of the unfortunate.

Albania did not succeed in consolidating itself as an institutional and legal state even three decades after the fall of communism, thus remaining what it was even in Enver’s time: a state that belongs to the party, with the people in it serving the ruler.

And being a society that did not have the courage to face its communist past, Albania very quickly fell into the hands of the descendants of the “executioners” who kept alive the most anti-Albanian regime – that of Enver.

In the meantime, foreigners, perhaps mistakenly, began to believe that Albania does not have enough state-forming potential, therefore it had to become “protectorates”, but of a completely different kind.

Knowing that the state is run by the one who controls the “scales” of the judiciary, the foreigners decided to reform our motherland’s justice and thus “invade” it through SPAK.

And finally, Albania became ‘Spakistan’ with Piktori at the head, that is, it became a state where no one knows whether the prosecutors and judges are responsible for their actions and whether the chief thieves of the ‘Renaissance’ control SPAK, or SPAK- u controls them.

But where it is clearly seen that the “SPAKistanians” have been ordered not to deal with making Albania a state of law, but with cleaning it from the political “garbage” of the last thirty years, closing their eyes to the future. alliance of stinkers’, thus leaving alone the chief thieves of the ‘Renaissance’, those who squandered Albania’s future by making it uninhabitable for future generations.

And maybe Albania could not reach further than where it is today with us who – as during the Enverist decades – remained loyal to parties and rulers, but not to the state of the people, with us who witnessed until we have not understood that democracy is a beautiful fairy tale to put children to sleep if it serves to enrich the rulers for whom the law does not apply.

With us, for three decades in a row, we pretended that we did not know that where no one is held responsible for bad governance and where there is no morality, the law and the vote are of no value, that democracy is even when two fools outvote a wise man, but not even when a voter ‘costs’ cheaper than a sheep.

And since we left almost everything in the hands of the thieves, who extorted us during the day and destroyed the National Theater and the collective memory of the Albanian past, we are complicit in why our motherland is now ‘ruled’ by those who don’t even have it. elected, and no one even voted for them – ‘SPAKistanians’?!

So all of us are guilty because even today, just like in Enver’s time, Albanians outside the borders of Albania feel like a nation without a mother!
