A sensational statement was made by the comedian in Kosovo, Osman Azemi, where he said that the Albanians of Albania are jealous of the Kosovars.
In an interview for the “Kosova Today” show, he said that Albanians are jealous of Kosovars because they don’t have names like Rita Ora, Dua Lipa, Majlinda Kelmendi, Xherdan Shaqiri and others.
He even took his statement even further, saying that such anger could make him cross the border from Rozhaja to Montenegro in the future and not from Morina.
“We are not the province of Albania. Albania must understand this. I understand that Albania has some complexes that it doesn’t have a coach like Toni Kuka, Majlinda Kelmendi, it doesn’t have Rita Ora, Dua Lipa… I understand.
I understand the jealousy that they don’t have a Xherdan Shaqiri, a Granit Xhaka, do you understand me, but we don’t want you to go there.
We are better in football, we have made a very big contribution…we have taught them how to be good fans and then what is left for me is that when I travel, I will not travel from Kukësi anymore, but travel from Rozhaja. I know better than to boycott this,” he said, among other things.
