A serious incident took place in the United States of America, where an Albanian killed his wife and kidnapped his daughter.
According to the American media, it is about the state Renato Muhaj, 34 years old, who killed the woman Suela Saliaj, while the police saved the 8-year-old girl who was kidnapped.
According to American media, the serious incident happened around 2:44 a.m. on Monday, when the Clearwater police received the notification.
Police say Muhaj hit both of his parents and took their cell phones so they wouldn’t call 911. Both parents were treated at Morton Plant Hospital after the incident.
How was the apartment discovered?
Police say a parking ticket Renato Muhaj received in Pinellas County in September 2022 listed an apartment as his home address, records show.
The police went to exactly this address, where they found signs of a crime.
When they entered the apartment, the officers found his wife Suela Saliaj dead, but they could not find their daughter Alesina. This triggered an alarm that was raised around 7am. The alert said Alessia and Muhaj may have been traveling in a 2017 Kia Sportage with Florida license plate EJIJ99.
Chief of Police, Mike Loux, said that “it is a case of pure murder”.
The 34-year-old was found through his cell phone
Around 8:30 in the morning, the police discovered Renato Muhajt’s location through his mobile phone. The girl, Alessia, was also found there, who was the object of the vehicle that had already been blocked by the police.
The 34-year-old Albanian man was arrested and is in custody, while the 8-year-old girl is safe and in good health.
The Clearwater Police Department said Muhaj also faces other charges, including parental violence, tampering with a witness and a felony count.
