The sentenced to life imprisonment, Sokol Mjacaj and the prisoner Ilir Kupa have opposed the decision of Ulsi Manja to be placed in the 41 Bis regime.

The decision to place in the special “bis 41” regime of the famous “Babagyshë” gang, Alber Kupa alias Ilir Kupa, was taken on December 21, by order of Minister Manja.
