Democratic deputy, Dashnor Sula, through a post on Facebook, stated that SPAK has raised the alarm, that the administration, by order of Edi Rama, is blocking information.
Duman’s statements, says Sula, confirmed that the government’s pressure on the public administration had given the right effect.

It is about the concerns raised by the head of SPAK Mr. Altin Dumani before KLP.
Dumani confirms in a certain way that the government’s pressure on the public administration had given the right effect. Dumani testified that reports to SPAK from public institutions have decreased by over 40%. So not only do they no longer cooperate to respond to the prosecution’s documents, but they also do not file reports.
If we can translate this: it turns out that the officials have become parties to the corruption and have positioned themselves in front of the new justice to hide the theft of public assets and taxes.
I come to this conclusion with the help of the European Police. According to the latest EUROPOL report, the activity of gangs has increased and they are trying to integrate into the legal business. The report also talks about the structures and connections with the national base of the Albanian gangs. So, we are not dealing with a decrease in criminality and corruption, but with a change in the course of this excess. Financial controllers do not report money laundering. Public institutions do not denounce cases of how the dark world is laundering money in construction, and even give special investment statuses to the corrupt.
What is happening in Albania is serious. After SPAK begins to reap the fruits of its own labor, the majority opens a war against it. Not only does it not report, it also makes investigations difficult by not responding.
Dumani said that he cannot cooperate even with the police. It has turned out that collaborators of organized crime appear in the leadership structures of the police, while the government does not give enough budget for more qualified people and for logistics that enable it to investigate.

In his report to the KLP, the head of SPAK hinted that big businessmen launder the money of criminal groups and corrupt officials through the construction sector. However, we were all prepared for SPAK’s battle with organized crime and corruption, but what goes beyond expectations is the war that the majority has opened with the new justice system by obstructing investigations and putting constant pressure on competences.
