The well-known businessman and police officer Tom Doshi has been criminally prosecuted in a free state by the police station of Velipoja.
The police authorities report that Tom Doshi is under investigation, after a conflict recorded yesterday afternoon on “Ibiza” street, in the village of Rrjolle.
It is learned that Doshi had a conflict over property issues with two brothers L. M., 65 years old and Prek Molla, 58 years old, as a result of which the latter received minor physical injuries.
The police report that they are continuing the work to identify the other two persons involved in this conflict, as well as for the complete legal documentation of the case. Tom Doshi is charged with the criminal offense of “Other intentional damage”.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Shkodra Prosecutor’s Office.
