The Italian police have not only solved the murder of the 39-year-old Albanian Bledar Dedja, but are moving towards the discovery of a wider network of child prostitution.
The father of two was found stabbed to death on Sunday morning, January 21, in a forest in Paderno del Grappa.
In connection with the incident, a 17-year-old man was arrested, who admitted the murder to the authorities.
The 17-year-old has shown his acquaintance with the 39-year-old, which began about a year ago.
He also confessed to an extensive prostitution ring involving underage boys and girls. The evidence will be verified by the investigators and all persons will be called to verify the claims of the 17-year-old.
“The story is much more complex than it seems,” said the young man’s lawyer.
The motives of the crime and why the minor appeared with a kitchen knife in his belt with which he brutally executed the Albanian are still unknown.
After a fight, the minor shot the Albanian several times with a knife, leaving him dead on the spot with a blow that hit his lung.
It is reported that the minor injured his hand with a knife during the attack, which made it possible to identify him.
The Italian media write that after the crime, he took the knife with which he committed the murder, some clothes and the keys to the victim’s car and left the scene on foot.
It is suspected that the minor and the 39-year-old Albanian had an intimate relationship with each other.
Dedja, who was married with two children, was a user of online dating apps.
