The Police Surveillance Agency (Fier-Berat Region) today arrested in the act the police officer Inspector K. LL., 60 years old, with the duty of General Patrol Officer at the Divjak Police Station, after causing an accident to his colleague while driving his motorcycle under the effect of alcohol.
The 60-year-old while driving his motorcycle collided with the “Mercedez Benz” type vehicle, which is driven by citizen K.D, also a police officer, who was not on duty at the time of the incident.

The Police Surveillance Agency (Fier-Berat Region) today arrested in flagrante delicto the police officer Inspector K. LL., 60 years old, with the duty of General Patrol Officer at the Divjak Police Station, as a suspect for committing the criminal offense “Driving of vehicles in an irregular manner”.
His arrest was made after around 11:30 a.m., at the place called the Plow roundabout, on the Lushnje-Divjakë road axis, while driving his motorcycle in a drunken state, he collided with the Mercedes Benz vehicle, which was driven by the citizen K. D. The employee of the police was not on duty at the time of the incident.
After performing the alcohol test, it turned out that the police officer K. LL. was in an intoxicated state at the rate of 2,000 mg/l.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction for further investigation.
