The former head of Hipoteka in Gjirokastër, Florion Taçi, has been handcuffed by the police together with another person, citizen Alban Memishaj.
It is suspected that the two persons, in cooperation with each other, have falsified the documents of some properties, using the seal of an entity not licensed by the competent authorities.
“Specialists for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crimes arrested citizens F. T., 45 years old and A. M., 37 years old, both residents of Gjirokastër, in flagrante delicto, as it is suspected that in cooperation with each other, they forged the documents of some properties, using the seal of an entity not licensed by the competent authorities”, says the police.
We remind you that Florion Taçi was in charge of Hipotek from 2019-2022.
