The wedding celebration of two girls in Tirana has caused a debate in our country. This issue was also discussed in the “Opinion” show yesterday evening. Dom Mark Pashkja, spokesman for the Albanian Catholic Church, invited to the studio said that this religious ceremony was “fake”. Among other things, he listed some abuses that have been done. The first is legal, the second religious identity and the third towards the children of girls.
“The third abuse that I don’t want to talk about is about those children. They use the terms mother society and donor. Mother is one, there are no two mothers in the world. It is enough to look at literature, philosophy. There is no more sublime figure than the mother. To replace a mother, to share this identity thing, I have no comment. Then the next thing, these two kids here are the biggest abusers than us and everybody else. They are taken unconsciously, without their freedom, for the ego of a certain agenda”, said Dom Marku.
According to him, the lack of a father figure in their upbringing is an abuse.
Blendi Fevziu: Does the child ask you where daddy is, for example?
Dom Mark Easter: Where is he? The donor said. The father is replaced by a donor. Just imagine a scene. One of these two girls returns from school where they all have a meeting with their parents.
Blendi Fevziu: And they tell dad to come to school.
Dom Mark Easter: Who’s Daddy? Call the donor. This is funny.
