An interesting moment was recorded yesterday evening on the show Opinion, where the journalist Blendi Fevziu was irritated by a message sent to his cell phone by Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali.
Initially during the show, Fevziu asked for a reaction from Spiropali regarding the accusations made against her by his guest Gazment Bardhi, who alluded to meetings between the speaker of parliament and the businessman already arrested for more than a year, Pëllumb Gjoka.
But it seems that Spiropali did not agree to react in the interest of the public, but sent Fevzi a message on his personal number, the content of which seems not to have pleased the journalist at all.
As he interrupted the guests, and replied with messages to Spiropal, Fevziu then threw his cell phone in a sign of irritation.
But it didn’t end there? He said that some people forget where they come from, but despite their efforts they cannot buy their past, referring in this case to the socialist politician.
Bardhi: You tell us what you wrote and what you replied
Fevziu: It was something that was very little dignified for someone who deals with politics, but I am not reacting now since it was a private communication. There is a psychosis in Albanian politics, which are normal people, and when they get power, they become delirious, and forget where they come from and who they are. No one is rich enough to buy their past.
Spiropali himself has chosen not to answer Bardhi’s questions, nor Fevzi’s interest, if the accusations of the head of the DP parliamentary group are true, that the socialist had meetings or conversations with Pëllumb Gjoka. The time Bardhi refers to is when Spiropali was the political leader of the Socialists for the Shkodra region.
