The head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, invited to the Shqip show by Dritan Hila on DritareTV, spoke about the parliamentary elections of May 11, as his force has registered in coalition with the “Djathtas 1912” party of MP Enkelejd Alibeaj. Shehi explains why Lulzim Basha did not join the coalition and the demands he had.
Dritan Hila: Why didn’t Lulzim Basha come with you?
Dash Shehi: Because Basha had claims. He wanted to lead the coalition, because according to him, they are a larger, more organized group.
I was not against it. I would have swallowed this for the sake of a union. But there is a kind of grotesqueness within Basha’s position.
What does Basha claim? He has created a party and put a very good guy at the head. His right.
How is he entering the elections, who claims to be the chairman of the DP and who will fight for the seal all the way to Strasbourg, who says that he is not the chairman of the new party and that our coalition would be led by the boy he appointed, but who no one knows. This is a great absurdity.
