Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, through a status on his Facebook page, has told a story of a young girl, who asked them to meet urgently.
Ngjela says that the young girl, about 19 years old, told her that someone tried to rape her and after he failed, he raped her.
Njjela says that the girl asked him for an opinion on whether she should report him or not, since she still had the marks on her body, but the lawyer told her: No, I told her, don’t report her, because you are a virgin, and you don’t care about your personality feminine. He could not have caused you anything serious.
