For this, she cited the case of Agron Çela in Shkodra who has placed his daughter on the list with the SP and now the votes will go to her, but also the case of Aqif Rakipi who cannot run himself due to the decriminalization law and his son is running in his place, who also received so many votes in the past elections that he was able to break the quotient and get the mandate with the SP.
“I see the impact of crime in several directions, the financial aspect, they have cash and can easily move it to buy influence. They also play the role of benefactors.
The other part, through intimidation. On the majority lists, you understand that in Durrës there are people without any experience and contribution to the SP, suddenly they are candidates for MPs, because they are supported by crime.
The second part, if we stop at Shkodra, we had MP Agron Çela, he left the LSI, switched to the SP, now he is no longer a candidate for MP, but his daughter has been placed on the list. So it is the daughter who is running for MP.
There was Aqif Rakipi, he left the Parliament due to decriminalization. His son, Ornaldo Rakipi, was the third to break the quotient and received many votes. What was Ornaldo Rakipi’s contribution to being on the candidate list and breaking the quotient? All these are reasonable suspicions that I come.
