The mayor of Skrapar, Adriatik Mema, has been criminally reported to SPAK for the crime of corruption. It is learned that two citizens of Skrapar, Adriana Qevani and Miranda Bakiasi, reported Mema to SPAK today. He is accused of committing the criminal offenses of “Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials” and “abuse of office”.
According to the criminal report filed in SPAK, the mayor Mema has favored the Company “Topi – Eki” sh.p.k. through his inaction. and the citizen Anesti Topi, who have also been reported to the SPAK and are accused of the criminal offense of “Active corruption of high state officials or of local elected officials”, and “Cleaning of the proceeds of criminal offences”.
Mema is suspected of having allowed the citizen Anesti Topi to destroy a plot of land of 5.3 Hectares of 50-year-old forest land with Beech and Maple wood, located in Leshnje Municipality, Skrapar.
