The vice-president of the DP, Flutura Açka, has called the secret negotiations between the leaders of the parliamentary groups, Bledi Çuçi and Gazment Bardhi, “dirty Rama-Berisha pact”.
Deputy Açka writes that the democrats and “Argats of Albania are on the lookout for the dirty Rama-Berisha pact”.
