“Gërdeci”/The hearing against Mediu starts, who are the witnesses called by SPAK (Names)

Today, the court session at GJKKO against Fatmir Mediu, for the “Gërdeci” file, started.

SPAK has called citizens Shkëlzen Madani, Rezart Tershana, Zenun Fero, Dashnor Çaushi and Besnik Dauti to testify.

Mediu is being tried in the GJKKO for the “Gërdeci” case for two charges, that of “Abuse of Duty” and “Abuse of duty in cooperation with a military subject-command cadre”.

We recall that from the explosion at the weapon dismantling factory in Gërdec in 2008, 26 people lost their lives and several others were injured.
