GJKKO has sentenced the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, to 9 months in prison. Meanwhile, the sentence will be commuted to 150 hours of work.
After getting acquainted with the decision of GJKKO, Kreshnik Hajdari left the court, while he refused to speak to the media.
He said he had no comment.
Hajdari requested a summary trial on January 10 when the GJKKO decided to transfer the case against him for trial, after the completion of SPAK’s investigations on December 20, 2023 for the charge of ‘forgery of seals, stamps or forms’, more than once related to the non-declaration of the judicial process against him in Greece.
In relation to the accusation in question, there were also denunciations from the Freedom Party, where Hajdar’s rival in the race for Kuçova municipality, Lefter Maliqi, made several reports to SPAK about him.
