For two days now, the leaders of the new parties, Adriatik Lapaj and Agron Shehaj, have been clashing on social media, accusing each other of collaborating with companies seized by SPAK or as anonymous people who have entered politics and are making revolutionaries.
The first to start the debate between them was the founder of “Albania is Becoming”, Adriatik Lapaj, who in a video on “Facebook” said that he extended his hand to Shehaj to collaborate despite the fact that he was seen as a businessman and not followed by the people.
Agron Shehaj, former DP MP and now chairman of the “Mundësia” party, responded by saying that Lapaj was part of the system of corrupt judges and real estate lawyers who have ruined the lives of Albanians.
He also published a contract of a company, which he said was seized by SPAK, with Adriatik Lapaj, in the role of lawyer, who received a payment of 4.5 million lek.
“You have been and are part of this Adriatik system. I am like those hundreds of thousands of Albanians who have suffered this corrupt state, this unjust system, that corrupt justice where you have eaten Adriatik. This is the difference between you and me. Adriatik, I am elusive”, said Shehaj.
Lapaj continued his reply by saying that in the role of lawyer he must protect those who violate the law, while regarding the contract in question he said that although he has done his job, he has not yet received the payment.
“You who entered politics without anyone knowing you and after 8 years as a deputy are acting like a revolutionary by telling me, who have not worked a single day in the state, that I am the system that has ruined your life! You asked for war, you will have war! That is, when I don’t ask your boss Saliu, you will see what I have on the way”, said Lapaj.
Shehaj continued with his reply again, saying that “Not only did he receive dirty money, but the reason why he received it is even more serious. These are the documents that show what service Lapaj provided to the company in the money laundering investigation by SPAK”.

3. Mr. Shehaj, you claim that I was paid 4.5 million lek by this company for politics. In fact, this is your second fraud committed publicly. As a lawyer, I have this profession! In the case in question, I provided civil services and specifically, I was the lawyer who represented 35 families who owned land that the company in question had purchased. As a lawyer, I drafted contracts and followed the legal process.
4. Mr. Shehaj, you say that the company in question was seized by Spak, aiming to damage my image among voters. So, you want to create the perception that Adriatiku collaborates with crime. In fact, the company in question is not seized by Spak. Your third lie! Its administrator is under investigation and is under investigation for his own work that is not even related to his function as an administrator. His own problem! My service as a lawyer is for the company about 2 years before its administrator was taken under investigation. The contract is with the company and not for the Administrator’s work. Your fourth lie! 5. Mr. Shehaj, if there was money that crime gave me, they would have given it to me, and I wouldn’t have been in debt for 2 years. They would even give it to me not through a bank!
6. They haven’t paid me for my work as a lawyer and I will have to go to court to get it. Maybe I won’t get it and the work will be wasted! But this is a problem for me!
7. Whether they are criminals or not, it doesn’t matter to me because my profession is not to be a cleric, but a lawyer. A lawyer also represents those who break the law. In fact, mainly those who break the law. It’s like telling a doctor why you removed a trafficker’s molar.
8. As a lawyer, Agron, I represent anyone and I have an obligation to declare them to the state. The fact that they have been declared shows that I work with contracts and invoices, not in the black. Maybe you are used to the black!
9. You Agron have no limits in politics, but you have a man of the law in front of you! Now, either I will be convicted by the court for collaborating with organized crime or you will be convicted for defamation!
10. Unintentionally, you Agron did me a favor! From the theory that Soros gives you money, you went to the theory why I work as a lawyer! In short, Soros was not rich enough to let me need money from crime.
