The Constitutional Court has decided today to postpone the session, in which it is examining the agreement between Italy and Albania on the issue of immigrant camps.
The Constitutional Court announced today that the next session will take place on January 29 at 10:00.
“The court, based on articles 43 point 1 letter “ë” and 44/a of its organic law, which provides for the right of the parties to oppose the requests, conclusions and explanations of the other parties, decided to postpone the next court session on 29.01 .2024, 10:00 a.m.”, states the announcement of the GJK.
