Gladis Trashaj returned from Germany immediately after the phone call that his father was trying to sacrifice himself at the doors of SPAK.
“I returned to Tirana yesterday. He claimed to keep this situation away from his family. It irritates me now, because if I had concrete details, maybe it would have been prevented, life is more expensive than anything,” said Gledisi.
With the threat of losing his parent, he finds the strength to raise his voice about the injustice of non-banking financial institutions, in order to save other victims of this mafia scheme according to him.
“This is theft. A loan was taken, it was paid, another bank bought it. These are the tricks of modern criminal organizations.
When he appeared in court, the prosecutor, the police had documents with him. I know that he didn’t get an answer, that’s why he went several times, I think that the last time, yesterday, he was ignored and it was the limit to see that I can’t handle it anymore”, he said.
Paul’s faith in justice reform has been strong, his son says, but the continuous appearance before Spak and the lack of a solution have tired him.
Gledisi was also involved in obtaining the loan, as he lists the violations of the law, he says that this situation drove him out of Albania in 2016.
“I was a surety, I signed, that was the reason why the seizure was placed on the property, on the car and on the salary. How is it possible that a democratic state with laws, a court decision with an enforcement company manages to block the vital minimum, the enforcement company had seized 100% of my salary”, he emphasized.
The shock of the Trashaj family continued even at the doors of the hospital.
“There was a horror, how is it possible that the media found out 20 minutes before the information that he died in front of his family members, a member of our society sent me a message with a screen shot and said condolences, he died, I said what are we here, how did he die we are waiting for an answer. We heard from the last person who passed away. The door opens and it was an emotional state of shock that he died, ‘you knew, he took the grain, it’s his fault’, said Gledisi.
Determined, Gledisi declares that he will seek justice for his father for microcredits, but he will not leave the ignorance in public institutions uninvestigated, starting with the request to receive the footage of how it was handled in the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office, how it was forwarded to the emergency room and the hospital medical record.
“I think that the first thing to do is a very professional lawyer to look closely at where the situation is lagging, as in fact these injustices are evident and then I will go further and outside of Albania.
SPAK must verify all files. We will get lawyers to follow him. Since 2014, with a court decision, the enforcement company Arda El can be a company like Sudja, a pyramid scheme, personally it blocked me from the vital minimum (Minimum Pay). I worked in administration at ZRSHT (Tourist Service Office), Lezhë, from March 2014.
The minimum wage was somewhere around 110,000 ALL, the entire salary was blocked in an absurd manner. It absolutely touched me. I was a de facto job, not de juro, I didn’t get paid, it’s absurd to think. I managed to survive in the sense of a second job,” he said. /TCH
