The deputy of the Socialist Party, Plarent Ndreca, has expressed that it is not a privilege in Albania to be a strategic investor, but according to him, it is more of a privilege for the public.
Ndreca made the comments on the show “Now with Erla Mëhillin” on Euronews Albania, where he commented on today’s vote in the Assembly against the request that the mandate of MP Olta Xhaçka be reviewed in the Constitutional Court.
Speaking about Xhaçka’s husband as a strategic investor, he said that he is a person who has invested his income in a strategic sector oriented by the government.
“Strategic investors are considered a privilege by ordinary people. It’s not true. It is a privilege for the public. An individual who undertakes to invest 20 million euros, the law itself has defined it as valuable to the public and tells him that he will create some incentives to give him the opportunity to invest in tourism, because he has guided him .
