Leonard Duka is arrested in Belgium.
The duke was handcuffed as part of the operation undertaken by SPAK the day before. His arrest was made possible after the exchange of information between the Albanian and Belgian police made it possible to arrest Leonard Duke, for whom SPAK requested security measures.
