Renato Nasto falsified the data of the electronic forms in the US visa application with false data, so that the visa applicant had a qualifying profile.
On the day when the applicants had their appointment at the consulate in the American Embassy to get the visa, he accompanied them and instructed them on how to behave during the interview.
After they finished the interview, in case they qualified (received the visa), the citizen R.N received the sum of 10,000 Euros.
He did this in cooperation with the visa applicant, as are the applications with citizens Klea Prifti, Klaudio Leçini, Klaus Kapedani, Xhemal Seseri, and Eduart Gjini, the latter declared wanted by the police.
They have found that in collaboration with Renato Naston, they forged the electronic forms for American visas by filling them with unreal data.
