The Court of Berat has granted the security measure “Unlimited imprisonment” for Natasha Rombula and Armando Kumaraku.
The two persons in question posted on TikTok videos of a minor, the son of Armando Kumarak, with banal and derogatory words for profit reasons.
There are many videos of the minor circulating on social networks where he can be heard speaking with a banal vocabulary, pushed by his father and grandmother.
In addition to posting the minor on Tik Tok, they have been posting “Live” videos for months where they curse, insult with banal words and denigrate the figure of the boy’s mother.
It was the latter, the citizen with the initials E.A, who filed criminal charges against her ex/husband and ex/mother-in-law in December 2023, stating that these two citizens posted videos on the TikTok social network where her minor son appeared 10 -years old, using derogatory and banal words.
Immediately after that, the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of Berat General Jurisdiction, started investigations with proactive methods, finalizing their arrest in the early hours of yesterday morning. The conflict between the complainant and her ex/husband and ex/daughter-in-law started 6 years ago, when the bride got divorced and left the city of Saranda and returned to live with her son in her parents’ house in the city of Kuçova.
