The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has accepted the request of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, to postpone their questioning until next week.

Jamarbër Malltezi was supposed to appear today (January 17) at SPAK to be interrogated regarding the Partizani case, while the former prime minister the next day.

In the meantime, we remind you that the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has registered two complaints of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, that of “house arrest” and the dismissal of the judge in the case.
