This time not by introducing the fadromas, but worse by destroying its structure and completely removing its independence. And for what? So that some anonymous people, who have nothing to do with art and culture in Shkodër, can control it to play tricks.

With the same dismissive treatment the Directorate of Agricultural and Forestry Services, which covers a municipality where the problems of agriculture are endless and with the largest area of forests. From floods, investments in drainage and irrigation network, or forest area management.
This deliberate destruction has only one reason, the abuse, lack of responsibility and the destruction of Shkodër municipality. Instead of moving towards decentralization as strongly recommended by international institutions, the renaissance model goes backwards by concentrating everything in a few hands close to the incumbent.
These decisions are the same as those made by his prime minister, who removed almost all the directorates from Shkodra and does not stop ruining centuries-old tradition and history.
