Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that SPAK and the head of this institution, Altin Dumani, are not supported by Prime Minister Edi Ram, but by the USA.
Spahiu made the comments in Euronews Albania, where he said that Dumani was not Rama’s favorite and added that his appearance to the media yesterday was aimed at convincing the public that he was independent.
He added that he believed that in February SPAK would undertake three major strikes against important political factors.

In all the appearances that Dumani has made, it has been to convince the public that this SPAK is not controlled by the regime of Edi Rama.
Duman was not Rama’s favorite. There are several antagonistic powers at the moment, serving the public. So I think that Altin Dumani and SPAK are not controlled by Rama’s regime, but by the USA”, said Spahiu.
