Today in the media it was said that Flamur Noka is under financial investigation by SPAK. According to the media, the scope of the investigation includes the investigation and verification of all financial transactions on behalf of his wife and two children. The investigation extends to the entire banking system of Albania and all the notary offices of the country, to see and verify the sales, purchase of properties or other agreements between him or his family members with third parties.
According to Tema Newspaper, the investigation is part of a criminal proceeding registered in SPAK, which needs to be completed with the verification of Flamur Noka’s assets. Flamur Noka, Eva Noka, and their two children, son E. Noka and daughter K. Noka, are on the investigation list.
Flamur Noka, invited to A2 CNN, said that he was not notified, however he says that he is not at all worried because his wealth is declared.
The General Secretary of Reestablishment considered it a pressure from Duman, according to whom he is not afraid at all in his opposition battle.
“I don’t know and I’m not worried at all, I’ve said that I’ve declared my assets for 16 years, I’m absolutely clean before the law. I have an apartment that I have been paying loans for 16 years, I have a car that I have been paying loans for 10 years. They can continue as long as they want, I have no worries, I have not put my hand in anyone’s pocket, sleep peacefully, or if they want to investigate, want to vent, let them continue, Dumani or Dushmani. Nothing stops me for this battle of mine”, said Noka.
