Spartak Ngjela is trying to create a coalition with Lulzim Basha, at a time when the judicial situation of the Democratic Party is not very clear.
After the decision of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal has determined the lot of judges who will make the final decision on which bodies will be legitimized, those led by Sali Berisha with the Assembly of Re-establishment, or will continue, as now, with Lulzim Basha .
Lawyer Ngjela has no doubts as to which side the victory will be on.
“Basha will win it. The court that does not give Basha, violates the law. That’s it. And I am not a low-level lawyer” – said lawyer Njela, giving a strong warning to the judges of the case.
“If there will be social unrest, the judges will go to prison. In a country where judges, in a sharp social issue, violate the law and confusion is created in society, the judges go to prison”, said Ngjela in the show “Pa Censurë”.
Although in the opposition wing, Ngjela does not belong to that part that believes that the opposition can win over Prime Minister Rama without changing anything, especially without the two parts of the DP uniting.

Asked if he would participate in the elections with his party for Law and Justice, Mr. Njela replied: “I have decided so far, but time changes”, he said.
As the main ally, Ngjela has chosen Lulzim Basha, about whom he has changed his opinion since the last elections, when he repeatedly described him as a failed experiment.
“I could have said it, but we are in politics. Then I had him as an opponent, but in the last few months I see that he has risen”, said Spartak Ngjela, who has asked Basha to base the alliance on a written agreement, where the three main points of the alliance are defined.
“A merger agreement is needed, which requires a legal structure. It must be determined how the electoral campaign will be, that is, who will lead the campaign and with what platform.
And the third is how many and which seats each party will have in the coalition’s competing list” – said Spartak Ngjela in RTSH, clearly putting Basha in front of a condition before the parties finally decide how they will be represented in the elections.
Until now, as lawyer Ngjela claimed, his request has not been rejected by Lulzim Basha, but he has not progressed to a concrete agreement.
