MP Petrit Doda was this Saturday invited to Euronews Albania where he spoke about the civil disobedience started by the Democratic Party and about his expulsion from the Parliament, due to the disturbances in the session held on Thursday.
The democratic deputy had also taken with him the “suspicious matter” which was thrown into the hall of the assembly by the deputy, also expelled, Elda Hoti. He said that the liquid substance is not gasoline as the majority MPs alluded to, but it is a strong-smelling spray found in children’s stores.
He had taken this liquid substance with him to the studio:
“This is the one that Brace and others in the Parliament claimed we were throwing poison gas at. This is a heavy smelling perfume. It is flavoring that leaves a bad taste. Only this one is thrown, nothing else. It causes a heavy smell, but it is not gasoline”, said Doda.
