A serious incident was reported days ago in the city of Vlora where Rinald Rakipaj was arrested by the Police after being accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl.
This incident was discussed yesterday evening on the show “Top Story”.
Journalist Aulona Musta was also part of the panel and raised the alarm and concern about how the parents of the 15-year-old girl, as well as her friends, allowed her to spend the night outside the house.
According to her, the parents’ behavior in this case is a lack of responsibility.
“How can a family, three families not one, of 15-year-old girls be so easily lied to that they are sleeping with each other.
I tried it myself in my time, when I was older than 15, it was out of the question. At 20, I would tell my mom I would sleep with my friend.
Okay, I’m calling my friend’s mom, she would say, are you going to sleep with me or not? And we are talking about close friends who knew each other as a family.
This is where the problem begins, because I can’t get into the police, drug part, because it’s not my competence.
If the Albanian family has reached this kind of carelessness that you don’t have responsibility for a 14-year-old child, for a 14-year-old girl who leaves without a problem and lies so easily at night, for me this is a very big problem,” said Aulona.
