The scheme of the murder of the former policeman, Gentjan Bejtja, has been reconstructed, behind the execution of which it is suspected that the “soldier” of Ervis Martinaj, Elion Hato, is hiding.
According to the collected evidence and witnesses, the assassins were 4 people who drove a “Land Rover” SUV.
It is known that the executioners followed Genjtjan Bejtjan, who until 16:25 on Friday afternoon was at the apartment of his parents, who lived next to him, and then returned to his villa.
At these moments, the perpetrators shot volleys of bullets in his direction and to escape, Gentjan Bejtjaj ran towards the greenhouse, at the door of which he died.
After the execution of the ex-policeman, the assassins drove towards Thumana with the Land Rover type vehicle that was found burned in the village of Hasan in Fushë-Kruje, together with the weapons of crime inside.
Shortly before the crime took place, the electricity was cut off in the area and as a result the security cameras did not work during the moments of the assassination.
The police are investigating several leads, but have not yet identified the perpetrators of the crime. According to journalist Klodiana Lala, Elion Hato is also suspected of this event, where the police conducted an operation to arrest him for the mafia assassination of Gentjan Bejtja.
Finding Ervis Martinaj’s cousin’s car:
During the checks of the blue uniforms for the capture of the friend of Ervis Martinaj, a vehicle was found parked in Sauk, inside which there were 2 firearms (a pistol and an automatic), with combs and quantities of combat ammunition, as well as a wave blocker.
The vehicle was found on “Xhabrahimi” street, Sauk i Vjetër in the parking lot of a building. The car is owned by 28-year-old Emiljano Nina, who is currently in the custody of IEVP 313, Tirana, but it is suspected that it was used by 37-year-old Olsi Gjoshi.
The weapons, combat ammunition and the wave blocker found in the vehicle of Ervis Martinaj’s aunt’s son are in the quality of material evidence.
Emiljano Nina was arrested on October 12, 2023, after a “crazy” accident at the dam of the Artificial Lake of Tirana.
