PD MP, Ervin Salianji, was invited to the show “The Unexposed” on MCN TV, where he also talked about the candidate for prime minister from the opposition, which has remained unclear due to the circumstances where Sali Berisha is in home arrest.
Salianji said that Berisha is in the majority in PD, so it is up to him to decide whether he will be the candidate for prime minister, or will make way for someone else.

Ervin Salianji: Undoubtedly, the leaders of the parties are candidates for prime minister and they are the people who bear responsibility for the outcome of the elections. If the party thinks that Berisha wins the elections, he is the candidate for prime minister. If Mr. Berisha thinks that an alternative solution can be better, due to the circumstances, a better and transparent solution is needed.
Nikoll Lesi: Berisha is the main factor in the opposition with 500,000 votes, but they are insufficient. We need someone else outside of Berisha, let him remain the leader and inspiration, but he cannot be a candidate for prime minister. There is no chance of winning.
