The Prosecution at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Berat requests the guilty plea of citizens A.K. and N.R. for the commission of the criminal offense of ‘abuse of a minor’ provided for by Article 124/b/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code
At the end of the trial, it is assessed that the charge brought against the defendants is fully proven, therefore during the claim the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Berat, requests the guilty declaration of the defendant A.K. and his sentence to 3 years of imprisonment as well as the additional sentence ‘Loss of parental responsibility’. While for the citizen N.R., the sentence to 2 years of imprisonment.
The two defendants, mother and son, have abused the minor son, (the son and grandson of the defendants) have communicated with banal words with the minor and have forced him to speak in the same way on the social networks ‘Youtube’ and ‘TikTok’.
During the assessment session, it was concluded that the minor was constantly threatened and felt under pressure from his father and grandmother, and was exposed on social networks in an abusive manner with violent language and derogatory vocabulary that is not appropriate for the age of the minor.
Likewise, the minor was exposed to narcotics, which is unacceptable for the age of the child. He was encouraged by his grandmother and father to become part of social networks (Tik-Tok) in videos without his consent, which has affected the serious emotional state of the minor. The bullying that is practiced by addressing him with various epithets has also aggravated his psychological state.
At the end of the preliminary investigation, after a thorough analysis of the data and evidence obtained, it is concluded that there is sufficient evidence that the defendants A.K. and N.R. have committed the criminal offense for which they were accused. They have committed acts that consist of physical and psychological abuse of the minor and forced the latter to commit acts that harm his mental and physical development, which has resulted in symptoms of antisocial personality disorder in the minor, since all the models he has had have directly influenced his life and his development.
