A serious incident has been reported to have happened this Thursday morning in the village of Bodrish in Dropulli. It is reported that a married couple were found without signs of life in the premises of their apartment.
The victims are the citizens with the initials Kosta Ilia, 84 years old and Kleoniqi Ilia, 88 years old, on whose bodies were found signs of violence, which are suspected to have been caused by blows with hard objects.
No broken windows or doors were found in the apartment, while the circumstances of the serious crime are still unknown.
The police and the investigative team are at the scene and are working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
“Around 08:00, citizens K. I., 84 years old and K. I., 88 years old (wife) were found dead by their neighbors in their apartment in the village of Bodrish. From the preliminary examinations of the bodies of 2 citizens, signs of violence were found, allegedly caused by strong circumstantial means.
Also, from the preliminary inspection of the scene, no broken doors or windows were found, as well as no furniture disorders were found inside the apartment.
“Immediately after the announcement, the police services went to the scene and together with the special investigative group set up for this case, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, intensive investigations are continuing to clarify the circumstances of the event,” the police announcement states.
