Prime Minister Edi Rama returned to office a few days after the surgical intervention and continued his agenda by holding a meeting with the mayors.
During the meeting, the mayor of Fushë-Arrëz, Hil Curri, publicly thanked Rama for increasing the salaries of municipal employees and for VKM that helps rural areas with difficulties, calling these achievements important.
“I listened carefully to all concerns. In the first meeting we held in Shkodër, I want to say thank you, yes, a bio thank you because the VKM, which was created to help rural areas with many difficulties, has simplified the procedure. For one month, I managed to have up to 20 requests, mainly from the diaspora. This is a very heartfelt thank you, and also for the salaries, which were increased. At first I was skeptical because maybe there was no budget, but this was also an achievement thanks to this meeting,” said the head of the Fushë-Arrëz Municipality.
