Based on the forecast for the deteriorating hydrometeorological situation in the bay of Vlora and outside it during the dates 05-06-07.01.2024 starting from 18:00 on 05.01.2024 in the direction South-South-East, South-South-West in force up to 7-8bft with wind speed up to 25-30m/s and wave height up to 2.50m inside the bay of Vlora, outside the bay of Vlora in the force up to 8-9bft with wind speed up to 35-40m/s and wave height from 3.50 to 4.50 meters.
1. Award-Departure on 05-06-07.01.2024 starting at 18:00 dated 05.01.2024 for all small vessels, fishing vessels operating outside Vlora and have been notified for TAKING MEASURES FOR THEIR SECURITY.
2. DRIVERS OF SMALL BOAT AND FISHING VESSELS OPERATING WITHIN THE GULF OF VLORAS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE FORECASTED WORSE CONDITIONS AND TAKE MEASURES FOR THEIR SECURITY.
3. The drivers of fishing vessels and small vessels have been notified of the worsening situation and of taking measures to secure the vessels in the berthed places and prevent events and situations during the dates 05-06-07.01.2024
4. Ships of international maritime transport for passengers and vehicles will continue to operate normally according to the respective destinations.
5. The improvement of the deteriorated hydrometeorological situation in the bay of Vlora and outside it for small boats and fishing will be after 06:00 on 08.01.2024.
