Prime Minister Rama has announced that he has decided to change the structure of the government and create a new Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, which will unite into one the parts that currently function separately in the respective Ministries of Finance and Economy and Culture.
“For the direction of this new ministry, I will propose today to the President of the Republic, Mr. Blendi Gonxhe, a public leader who has stood out for the impressive reformation and modernization of the institution, the constant orientation towards innovation in order to increase the quality of service for citizens , the speed of integration of the relevant sub-sector in the framework of European standards”, writes Rama.
In November 2018, Blendi Gonxhja was appointed director of the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, replacing Arben Isaraj, who resigned.
Until that time, Blendi Gonxhja held the position of Director of the Parks and Recreation Agency in the Municipality of Tirana.
