Prime Minister Edi Rama has taken a dig at former DP leader Lulzim Basha, saying that he was “everyone’s dessert”.
Rama made the comments in the “Sy më sy” column, when a citizen asked him “Will you make a cake for Albanians like Basha in Tirana?”
“We had a dessert and I know how to make it so that we can have it again”, said Rama, emphasizing that the cake in Tirana was the only thing that Basha made from what he said.
“Oh Lul, where are you, every time I am reminded of you I feel a sense of nostalgia, a burning sensation, I don’t know”, said the Prime Minister.
“I don’t know what you wanted to say, but to be honest we had a dessert and I know how to make it so that we can have it again. We had our dessert for Lulzim Basha, Lulzim Basha was everyone’s dessert, and it was not by chance that Lulzim Basha made the cake.
“To be honest, out of all the things he said, he only made one cake (Laughs). Oh Lul, where are you? Every time I’m reminded of you, I feel a sense of nostalgia, a burning sensation, I don’t know,” said Rama.
