The mother of Sibela Abedini, who allegedly committed suicide after being blackmailed with intimate photos on TikTok, on the show Open Hearted on News24, stated that a person threatened her.
She says that a person in a car told her that he will take her child hostage if her brother is not released. According to Sibela’s mother, the person further told her that “no one can deal with Lacians”.
“A car passed by me and told me that within 24 hours, if they don’t get my brother out of prison, we will know the house, and we will take the child hostage, that no one can deal with the people from Laci. I went to the police and told them that the threat happened in front of the “Ibrahim Rugova” school.
The one who threatened me was fat, in a black sweatshirt and bald. The school is near my apartment. Then I got my uncle on the phone to protect me. The girl was carrying a knife, because she was afraid, she carried it with her for self-defense. I have never been threatened, this is the first time it has happened to me. The children and I are going through trauma, we are afraid to move”, said the mother of Sibela Abedini.
For the suicide of Sibela Abedini, Altin Çoku is in prison. Abedini allegedly committed suicide after the publication of an intimate photo of her.
