Robert Aliaj has commented on the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the workplace, where he stated that such gestures are made only by men who have no respect for his wife or his daughter.
In a live connection with the studio of the “Open” show, Aliaj said that we as a society have normalized evil by turning it into a standard of living.
“From this survey, I see a fragile reality of the relationships that men have with their wives. Sexual harassment is done only by a man who has no respect for his wife and daughter.
I am a man myself and I have my own experience as a single and family man. I have never had it as my motto to take advantage of other people’s weaknesses. I was weaker than the weak I faced. This has been my life. Maybe that’s what we should focus on as a solution.
The reality is our society disrespects our women and misbehaves even at work. We have normalized evil and made it a standard of living. We had an expression “beg because you don’t give, take because it doesn’t mean anything”. This was criminal”, Aliaj said.
